St Peter’s Lutheran Church in Lebanon, will be holding its 12th annual Christmas Cookie and Craft Sale on Saturday, December 5 from 8 am to 3 pm and also on Sunday, December 6 from 9 am to 1 pm.
Over 130 varieties of cookies and candies will be available for $7.00 per pound. Most of the cookies weigh approximately one ounce each. This is the largest cookie sale of its type in Wisconsin. Last year over 2950 pounds of cookies were sold. That translates to over 45, 000 cookies and candies. Shoppers walk past the variety and select their preference. All of the cookies and candies are baked and decorated at church’s kitchen. Decorated cut-outs, gingerbread men, turtle bars, snickerdoodles, Andes Mint cookies, Spitzbuben, fudge, almond bark, nut clusters, rum balls, cranberry hootycreeks, Scotch shortbread, and buckeyes are just a few of the varieties that will be available for sale.
Also available will be fresh cinnamon rolls, Kranz Kuchen, a variety of homemade soups, sandwiches, and baked potatoes with toppings.
